The company culture but that is it

Cons

They don't give merits or incentives. Performance reviews are just to cover themselves if they ever fire you. Overworked, understaffed and underpaid. You just get a "thank you" for working your but off.

Cons

As i said you work for every department and everybody is your boss there.
