- Dis-organized - Poor Communication - No clear direction - Unethical - Lack of leadership The list could go on based on my experience. There is truly something missing at Resolvit which if it wanted to could be something more than what it is. Defenitely alot of gaps in many areas and not sure if leadership realizes it or do not care because they are satisfied doing marginal work at a marginal price. if you're looking to collect a short term paycheck this is the place for you. If you have goals and are on a particular career path then would not recommend.
