With our quarterly all hands State of the Union meetings, we strive for consistent and transparent communication. We can and will do a better job with in-person all hands meetings and the ability for Q and A. Currently we are encouraging our BSMs, Salespeople, Solutions Directors, Recruiters, Principle Consultants, and Client Services Team Members to have more individual one-on-one interactions to foster creativity and better execution.
