      Pros

      I'd never worked through a contracting firm before, so was a little leery since I'd heard some horror stories. But Resolvit is very supportive and do a good job of making sure you succeed at whatever role they match you with. Benefits package was decent.

      Cons

      I don't have any real downsides to working with Resolvit.

      It is always great to hear we exceeded your expectations! The Business Operations Managers do a wonderful job and are focused on making all of our teammates successful through training, tools, and general roadblock removal. Hopefully we have the opportunity to work together in the not too distant future.

      Can help get a foot in the door at well-known companies

      There can be a lot of churn at all levels (as expected at a contracting company)

      It’s a grind! I worked there over two years and I’m proud of it.
