      Pros

      They’ve lasted through the pandemic. That says something. Still, there’s much more that can be and stands to be accomplished with a possible change in leadership.

      Leadership needs help. Old ways of thinking and doing may eventually be their undoing

      Can help get a foot in the door at well-known companies

      There can be a lot of churn at all levels (as expected at a contracting company)
