      Pros

      - There is a real focus on personal development and a clear training structure. - We work with cutting edge technologies and develop word-leading products. - They care about your wellbeing, there's a good working atmosphere and lots of social work events. - There's a clear path in job progression.

      Cons

      - We work with quite difficult problems so you need to have quite a deep understanding of the different processes that are going on. That being said, the people in the teams are always happy to help and there's lots of support. Its a great place to work!

      Pros

      Flexible Working Hours Hybrid Working Career Progression All-Company Days Salary and Benefits Friendly Culture with minimal hierarchy feeling (I feel able to have a chat with our board without any nerves, both about work related topics and random ones such as football, holidays, hobbies etc...). I feel very supported by my manager and really love working within my team - Lifelong friends have been made here, I was given flexibility to navigate my work through a bereavement without any pressure from the business, The business sent a bouquet of flowers after a significant personal life event, which really makes a difference compared to previous places I have worked where I feel like I am only valued in the 9-5.
