Being apart of a design/build consulting company that sees a project from start to finish. Collaborating with my partner to ensure that all aspects of the project are successful through multiple reviews and adoption of new ideas. Seeing the client completely satisfied with the finished product.

Working/Contracting with the many different trades proved to be very challenging with a limited budget. Working a limited budget you have to strongly negotiate with the different contractors in order to get the job completed.
