Misalignment across the organization - Manager Resource Innovations Employee Review

Pros

Pay is okay if you start at a good salary

Cons

Executive leadership is focused on appeasing the private equity partners and not on rewarding good employees. Opportunities for raises and promotions are not good. A lot of talk that they don't back up with action. Unequal work loads across teams but everyone is punished when targets aren't met. Unrealistic metrics and goals that are not attainable. Very siloed teams with little opportunity for internal job transitions. They love to work the individual contributors hard while executives suck up large salaries and bonuses. One of their four pillars is literally Scale and Impact. The company prioritizes growth above all else and it shows.

Pros

pros are the benefits is the only pro to this company and some of the management team.

Cons

This company has been in business for over 20 years and they act like they are a start up company. They will continue to add more and more on to your plate with any increase in pay. They use and abuse you tell they can get everything out of you and then drop you like you don't matter. They do not have any compassion and even though you are making improvements if those improvements are not meet by the time they want you to improve, they will fire you. Even its the day after someone was cremated. They make it almost impossible to get raises if you miss one KPI you dont get a raise. This company is a joke uncompassionate. Oh then they will let you work a few hours or the day to then let you go. They act like they care but they don't. I was put on an improvement plan, which was deserved I admit that, but I missed my goal for the last quarter by 3% and was on track to hit a 100% percent this month and they still fired me. over 3%. I meet goal last month. They work you into the ground and not feel bad for it.
