Pros
Benefits are decent for a average company.
Cons
The posters of "Horrible Company" and "Avoid at all costs" are exactly what I was thinking while working for this company at the exact same time. At the core this company is only interested in signing contracts and doing the minimum amount of work required for those contracts, leaving their delivery teams undertrained, underpaid, and confused. Proof of this is when upper management holds "All-Hands" meetings where most of the meeting is congratulating themselves on signing another contract. Because of upper management, there is a terrible culture of confusion and fear. As mentioned in the post "Horrible Company" they eliminate employees where "you speak up about their negative fellowship". Even if that speaking up is about discrimination.
