Pros

Great company culture, Lots of flexibility, great leadership & vision for the future, compensation is very competitive with market, growing company, easy to use software, great benefit options & 401k, yearly pay increases, bonuses when company performs well, and great work/life balance, and everyone is super nice and willing to offer help/guidance when they are available.

Cons

You need to stay on top of your work with minimal direction, so if you need lots of direction or are not one to ask for help, this may not be the company for you. We also had some large acquisitions lately and it has led to figuring out the best HR platforms to use which has caused some confusion, but they are working tirelessly to get everyone on one eays to use platform.

Pros

pros are the benefits is the only pro to this company and some of the management team.

Cons

This company has been in business for over 20 years and they act like they are a start up company. They will continue to add more and more on to your plate with any increase in pay. They use and abuse you tell they can get everything out of you and then drop you like you don't matter. They do not have any compassion and even though you are making improvements if those improvements are not meet by the time they want you to improve, they will fire you. Even its the day after someone was cremated. They make it almost impossible to get raises if you miss one KPI you dont get a raise. This company is a joke uncompassionate. Oh then they will let you work a few hours or the day to then let you go. They act like they care but they don't. I was put on an improvement plan, which was deserved I admit that, but I missed my goal for the last quarter by 3% and was on track to hit a 100% percent this month and they still fired me. over 3%. I meet goal last month. They work you into the ground and not feel bad for it.
