Pros

Some colleagues you work with are hardworking. There is flexibility to WFH. That’s about it.

Cons

Management has no idea how to manage a client or program. It is very chaotic and they will expect you to learn on the go. There is zero training provided. Different departments don’t work with each other well and as managers you are supposed to figure out everything on your own. Management does not care about you or your well-being. The pay is mediocre at best and there are hardly any conversations around career path and growth opportunities. More than anything, the lack of structure and support will make you crazy. Everyone will try to push you to work 60-80 hour weeks and there is no concept of work life balance. Also, what you do on a daily basis will be vastly different from the job description. For a technology-driven org, they are so dependent on manual work. There is no automation at a program level. Entire teams are struggling but there is no support.

Pros

pros are the benefits is the only pro to this company and some of the management team.

Cons

This company has been in business for over 20 years and they act like they are a start up company. They will continue to add more and more on to your plate with any increase in pay. They use and abuse you tell they can get everything out of you and then drop you like you don't matter. They do not have any compassion and even though you are making improvements if those improvements are not meet by the time they want you to improve, they will fire you. Even its the day after someone was cremated. They make it almost impossible to get raises if you miss one KPI you dont get a raise. This company is a joke uncompassionate. Oh then they will let you work a few hours or the day to then let you go. They act like they care but they don't. I was put on an improvement plan, which was deserved I admit that, but I missed my goal for the last quarter by 3% and was on track to hit a 100% percent this month and they still fired me. over 3%. I meet goal last month. They work you into the ground and not feel bad for it.
