Pros
I have been with Resource Options since Fall of 2017 and from Day 1 the level of support I've received has been far better than any company I previously worked for. I have felt this way both professionally and personally as the leaders at Resource Options have had an "open door" policy and regularly pull up a chair next to me to check in on my progress and be available for any questions I might have. Resource Options is a company that cares about their employees which has produced a tight-knit, team-oriented environment while also making it easy for newer people to feel right at home. Like every company, I am encouraged daily to work hard but a distinctly different trait about Resource Options is that I am not only asked to work hard, but I am also equipped to be successful within that work. It is encouraging to work hard and know that those above me and around me are putting in the same effort and supporting me in a way that leads to success.
Cons
This is not truly a "con" but if someone is unwilling to put in the work they will not do well at Resource Options.
