      Pros

      Doug was very helpful. He was good at checking in multiple times throughout my first weeks with the company and making sure i was transitioning well with the team and work environment. He's pretty responsive when an issue comes up.

      Cons

      Driving to job sites further from what was agreed upon at the interview.

      Pros

      Very few. Some of the people are fantastic.

      Cons

      They treat everyone as replaceable from day 1 Finance dept is extremely secretive about commissions structures and pay scales (ie, they are discriminatory, but hide it from you so it cannot be proven) The culture and policies are anti-women (unless you suck up to management) You will be retaliated against if you have any thoughts of your own here or if you need anything at all If you have any doubts, just read ROI’s snarky responses to negative reviews below.
