Pros
Working on varied tasks such as sales, marketing, finance and recruiting. On a day to day basis jobs change, candidates change, and needs change. Forward marketing candidates to clients can be a different kind of sales. Getting new clients and maintaining old ones. The atmosphere and people in the office are great and fun to team up with.
Cons
Can be a lot of hours and weekends.. The type of staffing we do can have urgent needs and require immediate attention. Client can recognize at the last minute that they need manpower, or there can emergency response.
