Pros

I have been employed by Resource Options for a short time and have nothing but good things to say. The work environment is great with high energy and a staff who encourage new hires asking questions and push for them succeed. Their goal is to elevate their new hires from recruiter roles to account managers and then division managers. They take the time to invest in new hires and help them advance within the company.

Very few. Some of the people are fantastic.

Cons

They treat everyone as replaceable from day 1 Finance dept is extremely secretive about commissions structures and pay scales (ie, they are discriminatory, but hide it from you so it cannot be proven) The culture and policies are anti-women (unless you suck up to management) You will be retaliated against if you have any thoughts of your own here or if you need anything at all If you have any doubts, just read ROI’s snarky responses to negative reviews below.
