A real chance to create your own opportunity that rewards hard work and ambition with good compensation. Good performers that are able to grow into managers can do very well for themselves.

Cons

Very few. Some of the people are fantastic.

Cons

They treat everyone as replaceable from day 1 Finance dept is extremely secretive about commissions structures and pay scales (ie, they are discriminatory, but hide it from you so it cannot be proven) The culture and policies are anti-women (unless you suck up to management) You will be retaliated against if you have any thoughts of your own here or if you need anything at all If you have any doubts, just read ROI’s snarky responses to negative reviews below.
