Toxic environment, not allowed to express opinions, Management are bullies, encouraged to NOT take any time off, minimal health benefits, minimum sick days allowed, everyone is afraid of losing their jobs all the time, no job security, employees opinions not valued, owner is a tyrant, gloomy dark atmosphere, low pay, minimal vacation time.
