Pros
I can work anytime, from anywhere in the world, whenever it suits me. I’m only ever one week away from a pay check. I’ve managed to support myself and my family with this job for more than three years. If you work full-time, you can make decent money. The more you work, the more you make.
Cons
Not really a con because it keeps standards high, big you really need to pay attention to detail, and never leg your standards drop, or you’ll pay the price by getting kicked out of the top spot, Revver+. It’s happened to me a few times over the past few years, but I just keep plugging away again until I redeem my metrics and get back to working on the top jobs with good pay. You can’t slack off on accuracy or formatting. The grading is brutal and decisive, beware!
