      Pros

      You can work on your own time. Various types of audios to keep people interested.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. Jobs are sparse and you have to fight everyone else to claim them. Little communication between the company and the employees. No real room for growth. You can work your way to plus (which is harder than it should be).
