      Pros

      Can work whenever, I can work as much or as little as I want. Was earning very little at first but once I got the hang of it I was able to work more efficiently thus increased the amount Im earning.

      Cons

      Have to chase jobs sometimes and because od the time difference between US and UK it also affects the availability of jobs. Lesser/zero jobs on US holidays, Christmas etc

      Pros

      Benefits were on par with other tech companies.

      Cons

      I've been gone for years and still look back on my time here as the worst year of my life.
