A commitment to having an impact on climate change is a hard requirement to work here, and that has created a great environment. - DE&I, coming from a firm that only did lip-service to these initiatives (at best) it has been a breath of fresh air to work in an environment that properly values and acts on creating an environment of equity and inclusion. - Pay and benefits. Wow! the 401k is killer, the medical is great, bonus, PTO, other little perks like monthly wellness. - 100% remote option for most roles (including mine!) I really feel like this is the "post-covid" workplace done right and I am excited to watch the team grow.
