This company is making a true impact, not only in our industry but in the world. Our growth has been phenomenal and there is no question that that brings new issues and challenges to light but Revamp is not afraid to address these. I see Leadership proactively creating policies in response to social/political change and also being responsive to employee identified issues.

Cons

We still grow/change a lot so it does require flexibility.
