Everyone at Revamp is very friendly and helpful. Management is really open to feedback and every time I've brought an issue up it has been quickly addressed. I feel encouraged to ask questions and ask for help when I need it.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel disorganized, but that is part of the growing pains of a new company growing so fast.
