* Leadership is great, and I can trust them to be honest with us * Work feels meaningful * I feel appreciated and trust that my team will support me * WFH flexibility is great

Cons

* Consulting comes with long hours. During long weeks, I find it difficult to set boundaries. It's "easy" to make the product perfect when you can work as long as you need to (no need to leave the office and get home!).

Excellent transparency from the top to bottom and a great place to advance your career. There are so many opportunities to make an impact which makes every day incredibly fulfilling. The ESOP is the cherry on top!

Cons

Revamp is experiencing amazing growth at the moment and sometimes day-to-day operations can be a little bumpy.
