The first week you feel very welcomed by corporate. the second week is when things started going down hill..Poor training, I was refused access to training materials. Local management doesn't have people skills, when it comes to the employee. The talk to you in a scolding fashion, if you share your opinion and concerns regarding the training. They pick and choose who they want to succeed..I stood up for my right of dignity and respect. The Manager said I was confrontational and out of control.
