Great Management, but job wasn't for me. - Medical Collections Specialist Revco Solutions Employee Review

Better to have experience in collections and/or have a sales mindset: persuasive, get payment by the end of the call, always! Not the best job for a more customer service mindset. In my opinion: You can't care about what happened and why they can't pay their medical bill or offer support/suggestions for help paying, like charity care - unless specified to do so.
