Pros

Decent 401k plan and relocation bonus, should you wish to move to Chicago. Wonderful people work here (c-suite excepted).

Cons

Absolutely zero transparency whatsoever. No accountability for anything. Teams are completely siloed; the right hand does not know what the left is doing. HR chief is non-existent and rather than responding to valid inquiries, hires new folks and hides behind them as a shield. It's truly unlike anything I've ever seen before. Stark white office (by design) and an uninspiring motto: "do your job" plastered on the walls.
