All the people I've met in my short time there have been kind and competent.

Cons

The company I've worked at for years got acquired by Reveal in 2023. People were laid off in the merger, which was not surprising. But management made very little effort to retain the remaining employees, and they trickled away, gutting the team. Management doesn't seem to care about the people that make up the team, and don't understand that an engineer with 5+ years of product experience can't simply be replaced.
