      pay is the only thing positive

      I wish I read reviews prior. I agree with the toxic culture and setting you up to fail. They do not care about employees or their mental health. They verbally and mentally abuse you. They report you to HR for things they never trained you or told you (example, you cannot check email if you're on lunch apparently!)

      I love the mentorship that is provided for new hires. Overall, great company to work for as someone changing into a different career path. I love the flexibility of Life/work balance is amazing!!!!

      Senior Leadership is enthusiastic about market growth and recognize team members for their contributions.

      Cons

      The company is fragmented and siloed teams. Teams are duplicating efforts and trying to get in sync is a struggle.
