Pros

For a REMOTE job, the Flexibility here is TOP TIER. Work hours are 7a-6p, M-F. No lunch breaks required. Get your 40 hours however you get them. If you need to leave and go to the doctor, leave. Just have 40 hours at the end of the week. You wanna work a couple 10 hr shifts this week? Cool, just have 40 hours at the end of the week.

Cons

$15 an hour. You are give the impression that there is an opportunity for a quarterly bonus. What they leave out is, the bonus is dependent upon the entire department meeting those metrics. I lasted here 2 quarters and never got a bonus. Training is a JOKE. The trainers themselves are great and very knowledgeable, but they only train you on about 60% of the job duties. The rest of your information can be found in an online resource called the Auto Process manual. It’s helpful, until it isn’t. And when it isn’t, you’re just gonna have to ask your team chat or your mentor. You’re making a lot of calls and since you are a 3rd party, most insurance companies that you have to call for information will refuse to provide it. Same with calling attorneys, and patients (who are supposed to be last resort). You’re treated like a pariah and in turn you’re not closing out accounts as fast as you should. People’s accounts are constantly being swapped to you without warning and you have to figure out what they did, and if they did it correctly. Wayyy too many client specifics to have to remember, which slows you down.

Pros

I suppose the pay is decent.

Cons

Thrown into a corporate desktop imaging role without any documentation of past processes, With software that did not support the OS requested and on hardware that consisted of a server built from a manufactured in 2012 that did not support virtualization and was not licensed. Once time was taken to sort the details out and learn on the fly, adjust, accept critique, make a change to an entirely different distribution (which involved rebuilding entire desktop image from scratch as well as pass HIPAA limitations) was told that this custom Windows 11 imaging job was simple, That many real world obstacles did not exist, Went on to prove to leadership how this was not the case. Was quite literally hazed by two members of management in tag-team fashion. It was clear that they were both uninformed, unprofessional and had no business offering their opinions on the matter. More than one colleague entrusted by leadership confirmed these untruths as well as the level of difficulty involved in this process. Against all odds completed the project with break-neck speed in under three weeks. This won no merits and thus received zero apologies or appreciation for work performed, No consideration for further employment. Quite literally "giving your all" means nothing to IT execs at Revecore.
