Training is a JOKE. The trainers themselves are great and very knowledgeable, but they only train you on about 60% of the job duties. The rest of your information can be found in an online resource called the Auto Process manual. It’s helpful, until it isn’t. And when it isn’t, you’re just gonna have to ask your team chat or your mentor.
You’re making a lot of calls and since you are a 3rd party, most insurance companies that you have to call for information will refuse to provide it. Same with calling attorneys, and patients (who are supposed to be last resort). You’re treated like a pariah and in turn you’re not closing out accounts as fast as you should. People’s accounts are constantly being swapped to you without warning and you have to figure out what they did, and if they did it correctly. Wayyy too many client specifics to have to remember, which slows you down.
