Pros

Revelex has a great team full of smart people who work hard. They traditionally gave developers with no experience a chance to get their start.

Cons

Management is poor. They drive with the whip instead of leading with the carrot. There are lots of secrets. They watch their employee's comings and goings without letting them know. There is hardly any flexibility with regards to work schedules.
