Pros
This is subjective, but they will work hard to place you in a company as long as you do not mind not being paid until you are placed. They will provide valuable information if you are willing to learn.
Cons
Management is very sleazy. They cut corners wherever possible, lie to employers, contractors, recruiters, pretty much everyone in order to get what they want. They teach you how to lie to end-clients and make it look like you know what you are talking about, even if you have no idea what you are doing. They only do this in order to make money from contractors that they place in major companies. As long as they are getting paid, they are happy, and do not care about anything else, even if you are struggling with the work that you are doing. In the end, it is your reputation on the line, not theirs. Most people only work here in order to get H1B status after graduating college if they cannot find a real job. If you are a permanent resident of the US, do not work here.
