Pros

Remote work Good base salary Good line manager

Cons

Horrible culture, hire and fire with no care in the world for your personal goals. They make it seem super exciting when you start, but nothing could be further from the truth. You get 2 weeks training, which is just Google Meet calls and online courses. You're then thrown in at the deep end with no support or mentoring whatsoever. The KPIs are extremely unrealistic. Everyone fighting over accounts, so strict about who you can contact and the data has already been worked multiple times. If you're thinking about a New Business Account Executive role, please think again. I left a 10 year strong job role to work here, and ended up failing probation without warning. What a joke of a company.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
