Recognisable name in the industry. Remote

Cons

Poor training. Just ticking boxes no matter if you even understand. Was there for 3 months had 0 conversations 1on1 with my manager. Zero support. Salesforce is a one big mess with 100's of duplicates. Everything is manual copy and paste into gmail. No sales tools. Absolutely shocking. The Revolut app is a very good product but what's happening behind the scene is exactly opposite.

If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.
