5yThank you for your review, we really appreciate you taking the time. You won’t be surprised to hear that we disagree with some of your views. We are proud of our talented and often inspiring leadership. We also work hard to create products that our customers will use and love and we hugely value the contribution every Revoluter makes to delivering them.
We believe that a culture of mutual respect and civility is important and try to instil these values throughout the organisation. That said, we are ambitious and we want to be able to be honest and direct in our feedback to each other to achieve the best results we can for our customers. We encourage leaders and managers to ensure that their feedback is constructive and not personal and we’ll continue to make this a priority.
We’re want to make sure that Revolut is a place where A-players want to stay for a long time and we know that perhaps our enthusiasm to build a financial superApp can run away with us. We want to create a culture where all our people feel great coming to work and being part of Revolut.
