Pros

It is a great place for the development of people who do not have experience, but never question their superior's decisions.

Cons

The company, especially the operating branch in Krakow (Poland), absolute dedication prices. Separate voices that run counter to the supervisor's directives are highly undesirable. The company is primarily focused on quantity, not quality. The training system is fictitious. The support program in obtaining e.g. certification is possible only at the TL level upwards. In a word, the key to success in the company - KPI. The company is managed on the basis of deep micromanagement. The career path is unclear, and promotions are commonplace among employees.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
