Pros

Many excellent personalities to work with, received serious training on how to approach customers, often more experienced employees from other countries would come over to conduct useful trainings on working techniques. I was very happy with my local team leader.

Cons

Company's culture is all based on expansion. Workload was constantly growing if higher management perceived that we were able to meet requirements. No good work-life balance. CEO was constantly giving a message that only the best players are worthy of being in Revolut's team.

Hi there! Thanks for the review. Revolut is hugely ambitious. We work hard - and fast - to achieve our goals and most of us find that exciting, energising and a lot of fun. It can be challenging but we don't want the pace we work at to pull anyone down and we remind people to make sure they balance work with the rest of life. But we accept that the pace at Revolut might not be right for everyone. Thank you for recognising the work we've put in to build a great product and developing our people. We wish you well in your future career.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
