Pros

Intelligent and ambitious peers, big opportunity for impact

Cons

Truly horrible work culture. Compensation for some roles is below market. You are just a resource to your manager and to the company, not a human. Very little diversity whatsoever.

Hi. thank you for your review. Revolut prides itself on hiring A-players and we're glad you enjoyed working with your colleagues and the chance to make a difference. We strive to create an inspiring, happy workplace where everyone feels valued. We listen to our people and try to ensure that all voices are heard and try to work smartly so that we can all get a reasonable balance between work and the rest of life. That’s why we implemented hybrid working, up to two months working abroad and, this year, two extra well being days to take when you need them. Revolut is absolutely committed to equal opportunities and we are keen to increase the diversity of our workforce at all levels. We are proud to employ people of more than 80 nationalities and we have targets and programmes to improve the proportion of women in our leadership. We're sorry if you aren't yet seeing those efforts. Please consider speaking up through our internal channels if this is not your experience so we can make Revolut a great place to work.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
