Pros

-training is very well organised -small training groups -very good instructors -transparent company (internally and externally)

Cons

-the laptop provided is not the best quality (and you can not choice Chromebook or MacBook) -not all internal platforms where available from Day 1, which effect training - pay is too low -too many different platforms used (should be reduced, or some sort of integration to make it easier, as it can get confused on what to use and when) -laptop was sent before the Day 1 email

The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.
