Pros

1. Hard work is rewarded 2. Quick promotions 3. There is a clear road map about what you need to do in order to progress to the next level 4. Revolut gives a chance to candidates who have had a break in their career 5. Excellent maternity policy 6. Excellent leave policy 7. Working hours are flexible 8. Revolut lets you work 60 days from outside the country in a year 9. Invests in software that help make employees jobs easier 10. The recruitment team that I work with is excellent

Cons

1. Revolut has the worst HR ever where when you raise a ticket for a problem being faced, you chase the person the ticket was assigned to but get no reply 2. HR makes mistakes and does not want to be held accountable for it and the employees have to suffer unless they take a strong stance 3. The management is not on the same page regarding a lot of things and one person would say one thing and the next would be saying the complete opposite which confuses juniors/mids in the teams 4. Too many reporting managers with one to one sessions with each of them weekly is a bit too much at times

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
