Pros

- True to values - especially "Get ()it done" - Amazing tech, working from day 1 - Impressive, intellectual colleagues - Very clear "due north" for the company - Incredibly transparent - people say what they mean - far less politics than big banks I've worked in - Genuine home / office work flexibility

Cons

- Pension contributions are minimal - Culture can appear slightly "harsh" at times - but this is a worthwhile trade-off for people playing with a straight bat and being honest / transparent about their views

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
