Revolut has grown tremendously in a short span of time with the support of our Revoluters. We value our people and aim to support them. We encourage people to put their health first despite their ambitions, and our trained Mental Health First Aider community is there for anyone who needs to talk, can advise people on how to cope with work pressures, and encourages them to take longer breaks to recharge.
If your experience is different please contact me directly so we can investigate and improve our processes. As Revolut's business and products evolve, I hope so has our inclusive culture. We set ourselves ambitious goals but we also want to understand what the roadblocks are and what we can change to make it easier to achieve those goals.
In terms of compensation, our People team works hard to ensure salary & benefits competitiveness across markets, although we're obviously in a very competitive market. We regularly assess and compare our people's pay to adjust it to the current benchmark.
