Pros

- If you are a young - somewhat skilled/unskilled worker, Revolut is a great place to learn, as your learning capacity is fueled by your stamina and energy. I'm evoking the latter as Revolut does not have a great work/life balance. If you are a skilled worker and have a family of 3+ it could be a great challenge. This can be regarded as a pro as well as a con, depending on your stance and how you feel about this. Being a younger worker - for me, this is an advantage though I recognize that later on it wouldn't be. - People are just great, really like a family #2. - If you do sacrifice your time to be better and your manager sees it, you will be rewarded, so hard work does really pay off.

Cons

Unrealistic salary "benchmarked" remunerations the "market". The company keeps repeating the same stuff every 2-3 months whenever 100+ employees voice over their concerns. We all realized it is better to speak to a wall. Revolut is below the market average, you can definitely find better for your time-worth. When it comes to the benefits pack they call "competitive" it is also non-existent compared to others. If you do care about extra perks, the company won't go beyond to impress you so definitely not a value added for "Retention".

Hello! Thank you for your review! We strive to create an inspiring, supportive, friendly and fairly rewarded working environment for all our people - where everyone feels valued. Being the Dream Team always comes first! We know our goals can demand a lot - but we never want this to have a negative impact on our employees. We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers. By intently listening to our employees, we've birthed new policies, such as our hybrid working arrangement, 60-day temporary working abroad flexibility, 2 extra wellbeing days, Team Engagement budgets or Speed Mentoring, Yes You Can Program and just recently RevManager Hub. Our People team works hard to ensure benefits competitiveness across markets, although we're obviously in a very competitive market. We regularly assess and compare our people's pay to adjust it to the current benchmark. All the best!

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
