Pros

Nice budget to buy stuff for working from home.

Cons

Crazy KPI’s, training not focusing on what was really important, loads of outages and not a very friendly environment to work.

Thanks for your review. It’s great you admire our recently revamped Global Ergonomic Process. We have a great ambition, but don't want those to be at the expense of our people. We believe that clear KPIs help ensure that we all understand our goals and how we'll get there but we know that they aren't the only indicator of your contribution. We admire people who live our values and support their colleagues in getting stuff done. We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
