Pros

Cannot think of anything, sorry.

Cons

1. Full of arrogant and unhelpful people across the board 2. Unrealistic work expectations with almost no support. You are expected to deliver with minimal resources. I'm frankly surprised that they have this as a competency. 3. You see a lot of people leading huge teams with no leadership background or experience. Empathy is virtually absent. 4. Massive burnout and churn.

hi, We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience with us. We’ve a fast paced culture so we appreciate that Revolut might not be the right place for everyone - but our people achieve a huge amount and have a lot of fun. We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers. By intently listening to our employees, we've birthed new policies, such as our hybrid working arrangement, 60-day temporary working abroad flexibility, 2 extra wellbeing days, Team Engagement budgets or just recently RevManager Hub. Thanks to this initiative we will make sure our managers are better prepared for their work. We wish you all the best.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
