Pros

Ownership, Remote, Nice people, product is good

Cons

Toxic work culture. No opportunities to collaborate and you’re left on your own with goals that are ambiguous and change all the time . The person that is supposed to be your manager will be often inexperienced and not have your back. Aggressive reviews every 3 months and people are rolled into a PIP without any discussion and this basically means 80% are fired on reasons that is unreasonable. If there is place that describes what “toxic” means then I think this company should cover the article. My advice is to avoid the company and even their product as I really think the company is showing poor leadership again and again.

Thanks for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience with us. We have a great ambitions, but don't want those to be at the expense of our people. We believe that clear KPIs help ensure that we all understand our goals and how we'll get there but we know that they aren't the only indicator of your contribution. We admire people who live our values and support their colleagues in getting stuff done. We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers. We’ve a fast paced culture so we appreciate that Revolut might not be the right place for everyone - but our people achieve a huge amount and have a lot of fun. Wish you best!

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
