Pros

Flexible working hours Holidays Great colleagues to work with

Cons

You are being rated every quarter on your performance. The problem is that even if employee was rated strong by their LM, this rating can be changed without a word of explanations. People achieve their KPIs but their rating is being changed to a lower one, none knows why. There is no work life balance, because even on holidays there is expectation that you deliver KPIs. There are managers who are aggressive bullies, but Revolt is not interested in dealing with that, instead they say 'Revolut is not for everyone'. The pay isn't that good having in mind the insane workload.

We're thrilled seeing our Revoluters are satisfied with our flexible work policy that allows them to work from home/office or/and abroad. We're sorry your experience with us wasn't more positive. We're concerned about your comments due to the fact that we are radically truthful about each other’s performance and feedback culture is a crucial component of our workplace. All the best!

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
