Pros

Good pay and remote work access.

Cons

Employees are treated very poorly and are terminated without any prior notice as such. TL's are always threatening about termination, no communication from the management. If an employee speaks about getting some topic/training to be clarified or taken up again as it wasn't up to the mark, the management doesn't listen and in turn suppresses the employee. They are biased and do not have any will to understand what the employee has to say. No work life balance, you will not be valued.

Hi! Thank you for your review. We’re proud of our ambition, and we know our goals demand a lot from people - but that should never have a negative impact on our employees. We work hard to make Revolut a great place to work and we respect people's right to a decent work life balance. We're also serious about feedback from Revoluters. By intently listening, we've birthed new policies, such as 60-day temporary working abroad flexibility, 2 extra wellbeing days, Team Engagement budgets or RevManagerHub. Thanks to this initiative we will make sure our managers are better prepared for their work. We also have a very open culture and as you are a current employee we encourage to discuss any issues either with your function leader or HR. Thanks for all you do. All the best!

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
