We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers. We’ve taken a number of steps at Revolut to reduce the stigma around mental health and promote open and honest conversations so we can better support our people. We have dedicated mental health first aiders who are all certified by Mental Health at Work, and act as a first point of contact for our employees to talk about their mental health whenever they need to. We also have a great HR team with dedicated HR business partners who are there to support. Additionally, this year we offered our employees two additional paid wellbeing days. Each month, we share with the Revoluters network our wellbeing newsletter and webinars on topics requested by our employees through our engagement survey, providing them with actionable advice to support their mental health.
