Pros

I was lucky to have a great team all along and a supportive manager. Not everyone can say the same. - you learn a lot - salary is good - ability to work on multiple projects

Cons

People see this company like Gollum sees the ring in LOTR, it's exciting and so hard to get to, but once you're in, you're entering Squid Games. Have a think whether it's worth it. - You learn a lot, for sure, but you are churning out projects and other work just for the sake of it. Almost like in a warehouse! - Male dominated environment where senior leadership is not interested in diversity. A real struggle tbf! - Performance review is build for a non-existent super-human

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
